The Silo Observation Deck was renovated and reopened at the end of 2016. It is an observatory with a rest house located on a hill by Lake Toya, on the opposite side of the Lake Toya Hot Spring Resort. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Toya, Mt.
